Lara Connor
Acting General Manager, Government Procurement, Department of Finance
Lara Connor is currently the acting General Manager of Whole of Government Services and a member of the Executive team in Government Procurement in the Department of Finance WA. Lara has been in procurement for over 15 years and has held various roles. Currently she has five teams:
- Common Use Arrangements
- State Fleet team
- Online Solutions
- Procurement Systems
- Data Analytics and Reporting
Only 65 staff deliver this huge range of services to the WA Public service. Lara is a member of the State Tenders Committee, and several working groups established in the WA public sector to implement a major reform program.
In 2017 Lara was selected to join the Special Inquiry into Government Programs and Projects established by the Premier of WA and the Public Sector Commissioner where she was a member of the leadership team. She also was part of the Executive team who oversaw a transformation program for Government Procurement in 2016 and has been heavily involved in the GovNext ICT CUA in various capacities since its inception.
Peter Ridgway
Assistant Director, Department of Finance
Peter Ridgway is an Assistant Director in the Common Use Arrangements directorate of Government Procurement. Peter joined Government Procurement in 2008 and currently manages a team of contract managers for the ICT and other professional services CUAs.
Michael De Luce
Senior Procurement Manager, Department of Finance
Michael De Luce is a Senior Procurement Manager in the Common Use Arrangements directorate of Government Procurement (GP). Michael joined GP in 2008 and is currently team leader for the Business Solutions Category which covers CUAs for mobile telecommunications services, computing and mobile devices and printing and copying solutions. His experience has predominately been in ICT contracting including both developing major ICT agency contracts and developing and managing ICT CUAs.
