What are the opportunities for the ICT sector in delivering the SA State Governments priorities? The SA State Government is investing in major initiatives aligned with its policy agenda and economic aspirations for the State. This includes areas such as the green energy transition, AUKUS, early childhood development and expanding our capability in higher value goods and services. The SA Economic Statement says “Our vision is for an economy that is fit for the future, improving the wellbeing of all South Australians. An economy that is smart, sustainable and inclusive.”. The technology sector will play a critical role in achieving the States’ ambitions.

The Honourable Susan Close Deputy Premier and Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science will give a keynote on the SA Government’s economic agenda and policy direction. A Panel discussion will follow where leaders across government and industry will provide an overview of the ICT opportunities aligned to the State’s vision. We will have an open discussion on the opportunities for the technology sector, how we can orient our services to meet these goals and what government programs will drive this agenda.
