Michael Bromley has helped transform several organisations in his time. His latest role, as a digital and innovation change agent at the Bank of Queensland follows an impressive career with organisations such as AOL, Blackberry, Telstra, NBN and IAG.
With more than 25 years of digital transformation experience in telecommunications, financial services and consulting, the former investment banker has helped businesses transform into digitally innovative organisations through the implementation of Lean, Agile & Design practices. As a member of executive teams driving change and high performance, his accomplishments include product development, delivery and lifecycle management for many iconic organisations, and building sustainable high performing teams in Australia.
