The Federal & ACT Council of the AIIA is delighted to have Mr Bruce Thompson, the ATO’s acting Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) address the May Canberra Manager’s Forum Luncheon.
The focus of the CKO is to assist ATO business areas to improve the client experience and to leverage business outcomes through better harnessing of information and knowledge; including through technology.
At the May CMF Bruce will outline his roles and responsibilities as Chief Knowledge Officer at the ATO, along with speaking about the ATO’s current activities and aspirations for the future.
