The AIIA Victoria Council invites you to attend the June Public Sector & ICT Industry Tribe lunch and networking event to be held on Thursday, 20 June 2019
Introduced in July 2018, this event series has been expanded to focus on building a committed community across both the tech industry and government, recognising strengths in building networks and addressing the many joint issues facing our industry.
The June event will feature Catherine Proud, Director, People & Capability, Cenitex and Babu Krishnamoorthy, Director Digital Transformation, Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA), to discuss ‘The importance of Culture Change for Digital Adoption’

Catherine Proud
Director, People & Capability, Cenitex
Cath Proud is an experienced Human Resources Executive with a strong focus on organisational culture and change for Victorian Government public sector entities. Cath joined Cenitex as a member of the Executive Team reporting to the Chief Executive in 2014.
The digital landscape is evolving rapidly, As the Victorian Government provider of shared ICT infrastructure and custodian of critical ICT assets, Cenitex is implementing a major technological program to ensure we meet the needs of our customers. To achieve this, Cenitex is undergoing significant cultural and structural change to build a high performing and engaged organisation that focusses on our customers’ outcomes and our employees take personal responsibility for the experience they deliver to our customers.
Babu Krishnamoorthy
Director Digital Transformation, Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA)
A self-proclaimed nerd and a digital evangelist, Babu Krishnamoorthy is an ICT Director with extensive experience in large scale digital transformation.
He is a true believer that business transformation is not just about technology, but more about people’s mindset and the organisation’s culture.
Currently heading up the Digital Transformation Program at the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) Victoria, Babu is aiming to deliver a modern, efficient and customer-centric digital capability through the establishment of high performing cross-functional teams and engaging them from concept to implementation.
Having previously served as Director of Strategy, Innovation & Transformation at VicRoads, he has delivered numerous digital programs of work, including Short Term Registration, myVicRoads Portal and myLearners mobile App.
He has extensive overseas and local management consulting experience through working solely in tier-one organisations with blue-chip companies.
