SA State iAwards Presentation with Andrew Mills, Chief Information Officer, South Australia

Connect directly with leading stakeholders in smart technology and support local innovation in ICT by joining iAwards host organisations and sponsors as they announce South Australian state winners.

These company/group state finalists will then go on to compete for SA in the esteemed 2012 National iAwards.

Further to this, SA will be honouring local state “ICT Individuals of the Year” and the state Pearcey Entrepreneur Award at this event, whom will also go on to compete at the National iAwards in Melbourne this August.

Last year, local high growth ICT firm, SolveIT Software was the national winner of the e-Logistics and Supply Chain category and EdgeBox received a merit award for its National Private Hospital Safety and Quality Information System which offers a ground breaking approach to safety and quality for the private health sector through an innovative partnership with the Australian Private Hospitals Association.

This year is a particularly exciting year for South Australia as our state has recorded a 40% increase in iAwards submissions.

At this year’s SA iAwards presentation, we will be joined by the SA Government CIO, Andrew Mills, who will not only help acknowledge the state ICT innovation winners but also highlight the role of ICT and technology innovation in relation to the State’s own strategic priorities and challenges.
