Sue joined CUA in May 2010 and has been responsible for leading the implementation of all major strategic business and technology programs in that time, including the replacement of core banking, online banking and loan origination systems. Having successfully implemented a range of new technology capabilities, Sue’s role is now focused on delivering CUA’s digital and innovation strategies and designing new products and services to enhance the member experience.

Sue brings over 30 years’ experience in financial services across a broad range of senior management and executive positions, within Australia and the UK. Sue successfully delivered a number of transformational change programs for HBOS and BankWest as well as managing large-scale back-office processing areas, digital, products and strategy development teams. Sue has also recently completed the Executive Leadership Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
