As Executive Manager of Change & Innovation, Fiona Bishop is passionate about delivering change, and is the driver behind Western Power’s business transformation. She looks at all aspects of the business so they’re able to deliver the best possible energy services for tomorrow. Fiona will provide insight into the transformation she is guiding at Western Power and their first two years of Strategy implementation. Being a large WA asset intensive organisation, a state owned entity and with transformation led by a diverse team, Fiona will share the journey.

Fiona is a dynamic leader with over fourteen years in the Energy and Resources sector; spanning engineering, economic regulation, customer facing and management roles. Fiona played a key role in the delivery of Western Power’s Business Transformation Program and commenced the Change & Innovation Business Unit in June 2017. Fiona brings together her passion for innovation, advanced analytics, technology and the energy sector in leading Innovation at Western Power.
She has a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Master of Business Administration and is recognised as a Tracy Horton Scholar by the University of Western Australia. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Fiona is a strong advocate for women in STEM and an active mentor to many forward-thinkers at all levels of Western Power.
