Overview

Skills, Digital Skills and the Future of Work and Demystifying AI – Workday

Governments around the world are grappling with how to find the right people for the right jobs. In particular, Digital Skills are in short supply.

So how do you pivot to be able to address this talent gap in a fast-changing world? Skills are increasingly critical to how organisations hire, engage, and retain talent. Evolving from a primary focus on individuals in specific roles to a focus on skills holds part of the answer.

In parallel, fast emerging is the promise or threat of AI and Machine Learning technologies. So, what is it? How can you complement a focus on Skills with harnessing technology like AI in an ethical and thoughtful way. What are the considerations and how can we demystify AI with all that is changing around us.
