Overview

AIIA – Artificial Intelligence workshop
Encouraging the first steps towards AI adoption

Governments around the world are trying to surf a wave of new generative AI technologies – but it is a fast-moving tsunami and very difficult to catch. Will you be driven by FOMO (fear of missing out) or the race for competitive advantage? How do you start experimenting with generative AI, and what do you need to consider?

Governments need a systemic and adaptive approach to AI strategy; being able to pivot as the technologies develop and the use-cases emerge. One that focuses on developing capabilities as it innovates. One that draws on the tools and practices that have already been proven through decades of tech-enabled transformation. This workshop is the perfect place for you to start your AI adoption journey.
