Intelligent Operations in the Airport and Utilities Sectors
Driving Operational Efficiencies, Increasing Productivity, Enhancing the Customer Experience
This year, the AIIA in Victoria will run three ‘across industry events’ which will each explore different aspects derived from the theme – ‘Building the Digital Economy’.
Featuring the utility, airport, transport, logistics, retail and finance sectors, each of these events will explore an aspect of building the digital economy, including intelligent operations, connectedness and digitising the customer experience.
These themes align with the Victorian government’s ICT principles of using technology as an enabler to achieve sustainability, productivity and greater citizen engagement.
The first event in this new series will focus on the utility and airport sectors and will explore the application of ‘Intelligent Operations’, where ‘intelligent’ technology, including big data and predictive analytics, can be used by business to drive operational efficiencies, productivity and the customer experience.
Please join us to hear from a range of industry experts and to share your views regarding how the ICT industry can help organisations utilise Intelligent Operations to drive improved productivity, deliver greater business benefits and improve the end-user experience.
This event will feature presentations and panel session with:
- Paul Bunker, Manager, Business Systems & ICT, Melbourne Airport
- Sue O’Connor, Deputy Chair Goulburn Valley Water
- Atakan Cetinsoy, Vice President – Predictive Applications, BigML
