Overview

Product companies pioneered the shift from project-centred to product-focused delivery. Specific product teams had the responsibility for a product and to ensure its long-term success in the marketplace. Their improvement efforts were continual, with teams looking at market activity, customer data and company goals to make strategic decisions about their offerings. There is now a demand for services to be continually evolved to meet the changing regulatory and social needs and therefore we are now seeing this shift in how service delivery is set up.

Join Government and Industry in this interactive event to discuss:

  • How leaders are using user-centric approaches and building teams around key services
  • How these leaders have made the organisational changes to process, culture and delivery models to enable this shift; and
  • How these leaders have focused on data, insights, innovations, and new approach to deliver this value to their customers.
