Lynn and her team are responsible for partnering with Financial Services and Media customers to support and accelerate the achievement of their priorities (including digital transformation, automation, and sustainability). With the right focus on customer experience and industry thought leadership, Telstra can collaborate more effectively with customers on key industry challenges and opportunities and ultimately deliver more value. Throughout her career, Lynn has focussed on inspiring new ideas and partnering to deliver innovation to support her customers’ various business priorities.

Lynn has enjoyed twenty-five plus years in the tech sector in various sales, services and executive positions within IBM Corporation, British Telecom, as well as serving on a New Zealand Government Board for three years and creating her own start-up Company which she led for ten years.

Lynn has been in regional senior executive positions in IBM where she was responsible for strategic client development in IBM’s Growth Markets Division which comprised 140 countries with HQ in Shanghai. This role in particular taught Lynn the impact of globalisation and the value of diversity and inclusion.

She has also held leadership positions in Financial Services industry (FSI), Infrastructure Services, Cyber Security and most recently prior to joining Telstra in December 2022 was FSI Partner at Kyndryl (IBM’s divested NYSE listed global technology services division which was split from IBM in November 2021).

Leading high performance teams, managing complex client relationships, advising on digital transformation opportunities, and driving innovative growth strategies are Lynn’s key strengths.
Lynn studied Law and Commerce at University of Otago and has graduated both Harvard and MIT executive short programmes.

Lynn lives in Sydney and with her husband and two adult sons, now calls Australia home. She enjoys good food and wine, the arts, travelling, skiing, scuba diving, tennis, and yoga. One of her give back passions is mentoring young people in the tech sector.
