2024 Update on the Commonwealth Procurement Rules

Gareth is a long-term public servant with varied roles across the Commonwealth. Gareth joined the Department of Finance in 2015 and has undertaken roles in the Budget, Insurance and discretionary payments areas. Since January 2022 Gareth has had policy responsibility for the Commonwealth Procurement Framework and overseen its most recent changes.
