The AIIA is once again delighted to welcome the Hon Victor Dominello, MP to provide his Ministerial Update but this time with a new twist. The Minister will be presenting in the ACT. This is an opportunity to hear from the Minister directly and get a first-hand view of the key elements of the NSW Government, its priorities and future plans and initiatives. There will also be an opportunity for a Q&A.

The inaugural Minister for Digital and Customer Service has led the way in digital transformation across the State ensuring as many government interactions as possible are, and will be, digitised and in doing so delivering the foundation for the ‘tell us only once’ approach.

Listed in The Australian’s Top Innovators in July 2022, the Minister is an advocate of a real-time, data-informed approach to improve citizen services. Minister Dominello has overseen the creation of the Digital Analytics Centre, forged the pathway for digital licences and driven the growth of the ServiceNSW app which has now been adopted by well over 6 million people.
