Delighting customers through great user experience
Details
With digital transformation well and truly upon us, companies need to consider how they will deliver the best user experience to drive customer satisfaction, manage user consent and adhere to privacy regulations.
One way is to learn from those that are making a difference and leverage their work via open systems initiatives. Fortunately, the Kantara Initiative, an open source collaboration consortium, has done the heavy lifting. This consortium of industry experts in identity management has defined best practice for user-managed access and for consumer consent. In his role as a board member, Allan Foster will provide an introduction to the Kantara Initiative and the work being done in the development of identity management and trust services so that we can delight customers. Come and learn how you can leverage their expertise.
Joining Allan will be analyst Graham Williamson of KupperingCole who will discuss the importance of user managed access and consent management.
