The iAwards are the largest national awards program for innovation and technology in Australia.
TasICT proudly hosts the State iAwards which recognise the exceptional accomplishments of Tasmanian technologists and celebrates their solutions and creative advancements. It is the largest celebration of technology and innovation in Tasmania and is supported by our own TasICT awards for local excellence (nomination details out shortly).
This year, keeping with the theme of innovation, TasICT is pleased to announce that its keynote speaker is Australia’s Chief Economist, Mr Mark Cully.
Mr Cully has recently released the Australian Innovation System Report, focusing on the high-growth firm (HGF) phenomenon in Australia. Mr Cully will talk about innovation broadly in Australia and the opportunities that exist for Tasmanian firms.
