The Workforce Strategy and Skills PAN advances a digitally skilled workforce through scalable apprenticeships, talent pathways, and work-integrated learning. It focuses on diversity, onboarding, and reskilling, while supporting partnerships between education and industry particularly SMEs to address ICT skills shortages and evolving digital demands.

Meetings are held on every second month on the fourth Tuesday, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM (AEDT), and are conducted online via Microsoft Teams.

Agendas and supporting papers are shared with members in the days leading up to each meeting and are made available through the member portal.

How to join

If you’re interested in participating in the Digital Economy PAN, please submit a request via the AIIA Member Portal. Approved members will be added to the meeting distribution list and receive joining details ahead of each meeting.
