Legal and Governance PAN Meetings

The Legal and Governance PAN meets regularly to discuss key issues, opportunities, and policy developments affecting Australia’s legal professionals. The group focuses on supporting the development of a fit-for-purpose regulatory framework for the ICT sector, including emerging areas such as artificial intelligence, digital identity, and data governance.

Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every three months, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM (AEDT), and are conducted online via Microsoft Teams.

Agendas and supporting papers are shared with members in the days leading up to each meeting and are made available through the member portal.

If you’re interested in participating in the Digital Economy PAN, please submit a request via the AIIA Member Portal. Approved members will be added to the meeting distribution list and receive joining details ahead of each meeting.
