National Security and Cyber Resilience PAN
The National Security and Cyber Resilience PAN is committed to bolstering the resilience of Australia’s digital infrastructure by providing input on government policies such as the Cyber Security Act 2024, and the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018. A key focus of the PAN recently has been the evaluation and improvement of the Essential 8 controls. Additionally, the PAN promotes best practices in understanding and implementation of cyber controls and risk frameworks across various sectors, including NGOs and SMEs. By aligning with government objectives and fostering collaboration with key stakeholders, the group aims to shape effective cyber security policies that address emerging threats and enhance national security.
