The Young Professionals Program continues in 2022, the AIIA presenting the industry’s young up and coming entrepreneurs. The series is designed to showcase their successes, journeys and share insights into what innovation looks like from the perspective of our generation of young business leaders.

This event will stimulate new ideas and inspire others who are new to the industry or new to the business of ICT. This will be a fascinating look at what drives success and innovation from a different perspective.

We are very excited to have Grace Bird moderate this session. Grace is the Innovation Adviser to the Victorian Minister for Innovation, Medical Research, and the Digital Economy, the Hon. Jaala Pulford, where she has oversight of Government policies and initiatives that drive innovation and commercialisation outcomes and support the growth of the startup sector in Victoria.

Tanya Khan
Tanya is an association executive and lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in private, not-for-profit, and public sector organisations. Tanya is currently Vice President & Managing Director, Australia and Asia Pacific, for the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), the world’s largest association for in-house counsel.  In her role Tanya oversees ACC’s membership operations and initiatives in the region to drive ACC’s visibility and growth and enhance member services and engagement. Tanya has a Bachelor of Laws and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
Elisha Harrington
Elisha Harrington is an Evangelist on the Innovation team at ServiceNow. In her role, Elisha is laser focused on the future of work, digital transformation, and the power of intelligent systems.

As a thought leader in operational improvement and innovation, she is responsible for all efforts to evangelize the transformative world of work for enterprise customers in the Asian-Pacific region. Elisha is helping customers re-imagine the possible and solve important problems to create stunning change.

Prior to ServiceNow. Elisha worked for a number of top tier professional services firms, consulting with the largest global and Australian local enterprises across banking, telecommunications and more. From running large Digital transformations (both technical and business). Elisha worked for PwC across technology solutions which included fraud detection, risk sentiment, automation, and advanced analytics as well as blockchain andother leading technology cloud SaaS solutions.

Working within C-suite agendas and large impactful programs impacting employee and customer experience, Elisha aims to supercharge productivity scaling across the organisation whilst cultivating a culture of innovation at its core.

Over the last six years Grace has been in roles that have centred on driving innovation and supporting startups to scale. She has broad experience spanning; corporate innovation, venturing and investment, government innovation policy and program development, stakeholder management and communications.
