Emma is an executive leader focused on delivering positive social change.
She is currently leading two streams of work. The first is increasing the effectiveness of the Victorian public sector, delivering new ways to attract and build a workforce that is fit for the future. The second deals with positive strategies, programs and services to address disadvantage and promote inclusion and equality.
She has diverse experiences – in the public service, and as an independent consultant, barrister and solicitor, and advocate – across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
She has set strategy, led change agendas and delivered value across a broad range of areas, including leadership and workforce development, Treaty and self-determination, tertiary education, residential aged care, constitutional and electoral policy, community development, disability and employment law.
