Who are Australia’s most innovative technology firms and why? How critical is an innovative culture to their business growth and success?

Today’s business leaders focus more than ever on the linkages between positive cultural change, innovation and business success. They want to lead motivated employees who know why they get out of bed each day, execute with focus and intelligence and build value for their organisation and customers. This is more critical than ever in a digitally connected global economy with traditional business models in transition, productivity in decline, sustainable economic and competitive advantage challenged, customer expectations increasing and a global war for talent.

What can we learn from those who are leading the pack and rising to these challenges? What are the opportunities for organisations outside of the technology sector to learn from those spearheading the digital sector?

AIIA and University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) present a unique opportunity to be up close and personal with the MDs and executives of those technology firms that have been determined as the most innovative.

Building on research conducted by the AIIA and UTS in partnership in late 2013 to recognize Australia’s leading innovative technology organisation, key findings will be presented. The research from hundreds of AIIA members and ICT firms has helped identify the nature of innovative Australia’s leading technology organisations, relative to each other and benchmarked against international levels. Judgment criteria included the employer’s view of their own organisation’s innovation culture, and the wider technology industry’s ranking of organisations with the best innovation culture. Results were analysed in four separate categories, with an overall winner.

Find out where research participants voted organizations such as Apple, CBA, Google, Netbox Blue, Shoes of Prey and Xero.

Join us to meet the winners and to hear from their senior management on how they created a winning innovation culture with tips on specific opportunities to improve your organisation’s innovation culture. You will also receive a complimentary copy of the research findings.

A breakfast not to be missed!
