STAMFORD PLAZA BRISBANE, CNR EDWARD & MARGARET STREETS BRISBANE QLD 4000 GRAND BALLROOM

Details

The AIIA Queensland Council invite you to attend the October eHealth Luncheon with special guest speaker Mr Warren Prentice, CTO, eHealth Queensland.

Consuming $16.6bn of the current State Budget, Health is by far the largest use of government funds, rising annually to meet an ever increasing demand. At current growth rates health alone could consume the total state budget.

Higher expectations, better technologies and a growing ageing population which is living longer. How can we change the game, applying different technologies, business models, and patient treatment regimes? Is it sensible that every state is doing its own thing in the health space, or could a more focussed outcome be gained from a coordinated effort?

Expert’s ‘crystal-ball’ what the state of health COULD look like in 2025, and what changes in practices and government policy would be required.

Tickets to this event are expected to sell quickly.
