AIIA Queensland Cyber Security Luncheon

Friday, 09 November 2018

}11:30am-2:00pm

THE WESTIN,111 MARY STREET, BRISBANE

Details

The AIIA Queensland Council invite you to attend the November Cyber Security Luncheon with special keynote speaker Martin Holzworth, Head of Cyber & Risk, Super Retail Group. Martin will be joined by Chris Hockings, CTO, IBM Security Australia and New Zealand, Lani Refiti, Partner, Cyber Risk Advisory, Deloitte Australia, Dr. Malcolm Shore, CISO, Huawei and Nicole Murdoch, Principal, EAGLEGATE Lawyers.

Remember the year 2000 problem?  Cyber byber.  Cyber money is like insurance, paying to protect something that in all likelihood is never going to be a problem.  Is the cyber industry an elaborate spin that spends money willy-nilly on technology without a real need to defend the spend?  Are there better ways to achieve the outcome?  Come and hear views of our expert panel, and you make up your own mind!

Tickets to this event are expected to sell quickly.
