The world of financial services is moving at an increasingly rapid pace. Innovation in both the products offered and the ways in which they are consumed is transforming the sector. The technology choices that are made today need to be engineered to support customers not just now, but also into the future.
According to our keynote speaker, David Whiteing, Chief Information Officer and Group Executive of Enterprise Services at Commonwealth Bank, there is more that needs to be done to support the bank as it embraces the future. With consumer and business technology seemingly changing rapidly, Commonwealth Bank continues to invest in technology to support innovation.
In 2015 the topic discussed was ‘Openness and Digitisation’, last year it was ‘Customer Service at the heart of the Digital Bank’ - please join us at this year’s annual AIIA forum where we will explore the topic of ‘Embracing the future world today’and understand what that means to Commonwealth Bank, its customers and employees.
