Points of discussion will include:
- Highlighting some key tips to help maintain business and personally solvency during these critical times. It will include a summary of the current government incentives to help your business stay solvent as well as guidance on preserving the key elements of your business in the tough times;
- Planning and communication tips for dealing with management, key clients, suppliers and statutory authorities;
- Preserving the Corporate Veil – A discussion on the various ways that directors and shareholders can be personally liable for company debts and provide useful ways to help clients preserve the corporate veil.

Ivan Glavas Partner Worrells
Ivan is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience in dealing with Corporate and Personal Insolvency related matters across numerous industries.
Ivan’s experience includes managing Voluntary Administrations and Deeds of Company Arrangement, Liquidations and Receiverships, Bankruptcy and Personal Insolvency Agreements, Litigation Support, Fraud Investigation and Business Reconstruction advice.
Ivan is a regular presenter for local discussion groups, industry bodies and Worrells seminars and conferences. Ivan has completed the Insolvency Education Program with the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA) and is a member of the IPA.
