About the Diversity Award
The Diversity Award is part of the iAwards program and acknowledges organisations that embrace diversity and inclusion, and that create an environment that recognises and encourages the talents of each individual. Now in its third year, the Diversity Award has celebrated some inspiring work.
Last year, OK RDY was a stand-out for creating Australia’s first national mentoring network for women in security. In 2023, our inaugural winner KJR was celebrated for embedding diversity into its organisation and using technology for a positive social, environmental and economic impact.
Who’s eligible?
Any organisation – within the tech industry and any other industry – that leverages technology to support its business, and that has an innovative diversity policy or program.
Whether you’re a team of two or a company of thousands, we want to hear how you create an environment that promotes diversity and inclusion, and that recognises and embraces the talents of each individual.
