DataDriven specialises in ICT strategy, go‐to-market planning and execution and C‐level research/advisory services. Key capabilities include research‐based insights, thought-leadership content, marketing strategy consulting projects, and presentations at events ranging from facilitation of small C‐level roundtables, through to ‘big‐tent’ major keynotes with audiences in the thousands.
Craig recently returned to Australia from 4 years in Fujitsu’s Tokyo HQ in various roles including VP Global Strategy/International Marketing & Digital Services, SVP and Chief of Staff for Fujitsu’s $14Bn International Business, and Head of Marketing Fujitsu Asia. During this time, he was a key driver of the international roll-out of Fujitsu’s Digital Transformation portfolio of solutions, software, services, hardware, and cutting-edge technologies including global Cloud, IOT, Big Data/Analytics, Mobility, Security and AI/Robotics offerings.

Prior Craig was Executive General Manager Marketing and CTO ANZ/Asia/Pacific for Fujitsu. Previous roles include CEO of Gartner Japan, Group VP Gartner Research APJ, Group VP and Global Chief of Research for Gartner Technology and Service Providers business, and VP Distinguished Analyst Gartner IT Marketing and Channel Strategies. Other C-level roles include Global VP Frost & Sullivan ICT Practice and GM Marketing Planning and Alliances BT Australasia. Craig has held board positions in Gartner Japan, Gartner International, Ozhub, AIIA, The Boys’ Brigade Australia and a number of NFPs and start-ups.

Craig holds qualifications in COBOL programming, an MBA in International Business (SGSM), is on the AIIA federal board, a Fellow of the Institute of Managers & Leaders, a director of the Data Privacy Association, and on the National Standing Committee for Digital Trade. He is currently completing a Doctor of Business Administration by Research at USQ on the impact of national culture on the strategic use of and investment in ICT Australia compared to Japan.
