reform and strengthening commercial capability across government, including the implementation and oversight of the Queensland Procurement Policy 2026 and associated integrity, governance, and supplier frameworks. His portfolio also includes responsibility for QFleet, the Queensland Government’s commercialised fleet manager.\nAndrew brings 30 years of experience in public sector leadership, having worked across multiple departments to improve procurement performance, enhance supplier engagement and support the delivery of government priorities.
