change occurs for the people of NSW when the public and private sector come together, and this is very much the case when talking about the future of work for all Australians.  The AIIA has partnered with Jobs for NSW to raise the debate about the future of work, and how we can all come together to ensure that Australians make the most of the opportunities on the horizon.  In a series of events, the AIIA and Jobs for NSW will invite a diverse range of experts representing different industry sectors, to examine the challenges and the opportunities that we must understand now, for the future.\n \nOver the course of the next year, a monthly roundtable discussion will be held to turn strategy into action, based on the research already undertaken by both Jobs for NSW through its Jobs for the Future report and AIIA through its Skills for Today: Jobs for Tomorrow report.  The full program for 2018 will be outlined on 15 November 2017 at the following Job for the Future Forum – we look forward to seeing you there to participate in this important discussion.\n \nJobs for NSW: Pockets of Opportunity and Risk:\n\nWhat technologies are impacting key industry sectors in NSW (such as AI, automation, drones etc)?\nWhat are the opportunities presented by these new technologies for sector and employment growth across NSW?\nWhat implications do new technologies have  for the skills and jobs of the future?\nWhat are the risks and challenges to NSW current workforce?\n \n\nArchitecting the Future workforce:\n\nWith the emergence of increasingly smart new technologies,  what issues need to be addressed to achieve the NSW Government’s jobs growth agenda?\n\n[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row admin_label=”Details and Speaker Heading Only” _builder_version=”4.8.2″
