AIIA does not collect any personal information (ie, information from which your identity is apparent or can easily be ascertained) about you when you visit our site unless you register for an event, service or publication.

If we collect any personal information about you, such as your name or contact details, via our website, we will comply with the following principles:

If we invite you to provide personal information to us on the site, we will clearly indicate how we intend to use that information. For example, we may wish to use personal information to personalise communications to you, to identify with whom we are communicating or to inform you of further information relating to our functions and activities.

AIIA's policy is not to disclose any of your personal information to any unrelated third party, except where you have given your express consent for us to do so or where required by law.

AIIA makes every effort to keep any personal information up-to-date and accurate. If you require access to any personal information that we hold on you, wish to notify us of any change, modification or correction or would like us to delete your personal information from our records, please contact AIIA.

AIIA members have the ability to update their personal information through a secure AIIA website interface.

Recording visits to our site
The AIIA website uses cookies. These are session cookies, meaning they are deleted at the end of the user session. The purposes of the cookies are to store authentication details, store location, and pass details during event registration. Our site does not use cookies to track behaviour.

AIIA events: cancellation policy
AIIA will provide full refunds for cancellations advised within 5 days of the event. Cancellations after 5 days but before 2 days will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations within 2 days of an event.

You may substitute a colleague at any time if you are unable to attend.
